Today, we are delighted to celebrate an important milestone in our journey: the fifth anniversary of our project!
Over the past five years, we have had the honor to work on this innovative project promoted by AP-HP and supported by ANR and we would like to share our achievements and their impact :
- More than 3000 patients are enrolled in the clinical study in the 14 French sites. Their longitudinal data collected (contextual data and images) are key for the project. Deep Thanks to the patients for their contribution… And we are happy to announce that the follow up will continue this year !
We want to express our gratitude to all the stakeholders at sites for the tremendous work they accomplish daily: investigators, co-investigators, orthoptistes and study coordinators that follow the daily work on site.
A big shout also to the URC team improving the data set quality with their data cleaning activities.
- Our industrial partners Evolucare, Adcis and ZEISS worked hand-in -hands with AP-HP to enable the review of all the patient collected images at the reading center based in Lariboisière hospital AP-HP.
Thanks to IT Teams and partners to permit the set of the reading center and to the graders and supergraders. The reading center already reviewed more than 15 000 images!
- Our dedicated Ai teams have already published several articles on various innovative approachs for the developement of algorithms wich could ultimately serve unmet needs in Diabetic Retinopathy.Thanks to LaTim teams.
This year is particularly special, as it marks the last step before finalizing our algorithm. We look forward to sharing with you the advances that will transform the life of patients and impact the daily lives of ophthalmologists to choose the best strategy on the monitoring of the Diabetic Retinopathy
